P Mason Marketing was founded in 2019 in Tampa, FL by practitioners who'd spent the previous decade inside professional services firms — not as agency people, but as in-house demand and business development leaders who saw firsthand how those firms grew, stalled, and plateaued.

The founding thesis was simple: referrals build great firms, but they don't scale. The firms that break into the next tier — larger clients, higher retainers, regional or national reach — are the ones that build a marketing engine alongside their relationship network. Not instead of it.

We started as a boutique focused on Tampa Bay's legal and financial advisory communities. Word spread.
